Optima AI comes from Technical documentation machines.
Optima AI is a French company based in Reims that designs software solutions, often based on artificial intelligence, with business experts to save companies time: Optima Proposal Manager to respond to tenders, Optima Studio for your company’s processes, and Optima Compliance for machine compliance.

Where we come from.
Our founder, Mathieu Domon, spent 21 years at Bureau Veritas before creating Optima AI in July 2025.
Our starting point: the instruction manual, the risk analysis, the technical dossier of a machine. Documents where every written phrase must be verifiable.
We apply these requirements today to two other fields. The tender dossier, where a poorly understood criterion can cost the entire contract. And the tasks specific to each company, those that no commercial software can replicate.
Our way of working.
Integrating AI into one’s profession means adopting an adaptive approach, showing curiosity, and seeking out levers for improving performance.
One tool per task. And only if there is material.
Each tool is designed for a specific task, such as analyzing a consultation file. If a tool would not change anything, we will tell you frankly from the very first conversation.
Starting from documents that are trustworthy.
The rules of the consultation, the standards applicable to the machine, your own models. The tool starts from those texts, not from a general idea of your field of work.
Artificial intelligence when it serves a purpose; development when it is simply necessary.
AI where it is necessary to read or write; a programmed rule where a rule is sufficient. And sometimes neither; for the ValFrance cooperative, our work was an overview of its information system without AI, and a roadmap for reorganizing it.

Is Optima AI a reliable company?
Here’s what you can check. Optima AI is a SAS registered with the Reims RCS under the number 989 620 018, created in July 2025, located at 1 Chemin des Ruelles, 51500 Villers-Allerand. It holds the Deep Tech label from Bpifrance and the status of Young Innovative Company. The documents you entrust to it as part of an offer, excluding trial tools, are stored in France and are never accessible to another client; for Optima Compliance and Optima Studio, they are not used to train an AI model, and for Optima Proposal Manager, you choose what you authorize at registration. A client attests to this on this page: the agricultural cooperative ValFrance, for whom Optima AI conducted an assessment of its information system, without AI.
What is Optima AI's expertise?
It comes from the technical documentation of the machines and from CE compliance, the profession of its founder. Optima AI applies the same requirements to three areas: responding to tenders with the Optima Proposal Manager software, machine compliance with Optima Compliance, and the processes specific to each company with Optima Studio, tailored to individual needs.
