How does an Optima Studio project work, and how much does it cost?
Integrating AI into an organization is a transition, and a transition must be accompanied by support.
A project begins with a 30-minute exchange, then a briefing, both free of charge. The briefing sets out in writing the scope, the price, and what you will receive at the end: you decide with the quotation in hand. Then come the design and setup, with your teams.

The team that designs Optima Studio is the same team that designed Optima Proposal Manager and Optima Compliance. These are our own software, born from processes that are almost identical from one company to another; they are not Optima Studio projects.

The price is fixed after the framing, before you decide. It depends on the process studied: that is why it is not displayed. The 30-minute exchange and the framing, on the other hand, are free.
How long does it take to put the tool into service?
The deadline is set in the quotation.
How is it different from a consultant or an IA agency?
We would first look at your process with you, and we would tell you if an AI agent, a simple software program, or no tool would answer it. If a tool makes sense, we wouldn’t stop at the recommendation: we would build it and then fine-tune it with your teams. The team that would design it is the one that designed our two software products, Optima Proposal Manager and Optima Compliance.
What happens to our documents?
